El Dorado Union High School District Accepting
Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Electronic Checks Online

The El Dorado Union High School District is pleased to announce our new online payment processing system, PaySchools.  This program lets parents pay for school-related items online, including athletics, bus fees, cafeteria, and ROP course fees.

Please note that we no longer accept Credit Cards
or Debit Cards at the District Office.

What is PaySchools?

PaySchools is a browser-based windows application containing an Internet component that gives parents the flexibility and control over paying for specific school-related items by electronic check, or by credit card or debit card displaying a VISA or MasterCard logo.

How does PaySchools work?

Parents can pay for their products online at their convenience by accessing the PaySchools system through our District web site.  Like many web sites, you can add products to your shopping chart and then check out.  You have the option to debit the funds directly from your bank account (electronic check) by entering your bank's ABA routing number and your personal bank account number, or you can make purchases with your credit card or debit card with a VISA or MasterCard logo.  After making a purchase, an e-mail receipt will immediately be sent to you confirming your purchase(s).  Please note that PaySchools does not save or store your bank or credit card information, to ensure the privacy and security of users.

Benefits for parents:

  • Convenient -- make purchases 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Control -- eliminates lost checks
  • Timely -- credits payments to student's account instantly
  • User-Friendly -- processes both e-check and credit cards
  • Secure -- ensures private and secure transmission
  • Accessible -- view purchases and payments online
